Yes. You can return your order (you cannot return orders that were on sale during purchase) as long as it is within 14 days of receiving your package. Items cannot be damaged and it must be shipped back in its original packaging. Please read the Return policy before proceeding with the form, you can view it here.

After your purchase we receive your order and start the process by collecting your item(s) and printing a shipping label. Once the shipping label is printed you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Although we have experienced a scratch-less phone after numerous drops with our Elle Nine cases we do not guarantee our cases are protective or drop proof. Our cases are design more as a fashion accessory but we do have plans to create a stylish drop-proof case in the future.

Regular orders take 1 to 2 day processing before being shipped to you. We use USPS First Class shipping which can take anywhere from 1 to 3 days shipping in the US and 7 to 21 days international. Please keep in mind that due to COVID-19 shipping times may be delayed.
